Position Description

The Logistics Reporting Analyst is responsible to support the Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. (LSNA) Warehousing and Transportation Operations focusing on the area of reporting.   This position will include report creation, analysis, and project management in support of the departments' objectives.  In addition, the role will provide key performance metrics and analysis in order to optimize efficiency, freight cost, storage cost, and non-compliance charges.   

This position will require 10-15% domestic travel.

Essential functions of this role include:

  • Acts as a strategic partner working with the LSNA Warehousing and Transportation Groups to monitor and report on key performance metrics and expenses
  • Provides in-depth analytical reports and KPI's surrounding 3rd party warehouse and transportation operations (including comparison to targets)
  • Provides analysis of customer cost-to-serve, logistics non-compliance, damages, over/shorts, and returns
  • Provides monthly distribution results package, provides analysis and communicates issues to management
  • Partners with LSNA Warehousing & Transportation Groups, 3PL organizations, and the Business Units surrounding reviews of operational activities
  • Manages and develops strategic relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Completes special projects and duties as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications
  • 1-3 years supply chain background
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills; including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and internal/external client service orientation
  • Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • CPG experience
  • Experience with 3PL providers
  • APICS certification
  • Experience in both an office and warehouse environment
  • Previous experience in a system implementation
  • Experience with Lean activities
